Looking for good tutorials for BGA version.

My husband and I just finished our first game.
We found the written instructions lacking in how to use features of the game. We muddled through, but never figured out several elements.
YouTube had a play-through, but they did not speak about how to initiate what they were doing digitally.
Need help.

The tutorial you suggested might be great, but it has bugs and you can't play through the entire tutorial. Any other suggestions?
