City name colours

Are the tickets used on BGA direct copies of any available physical game?

I was curious what the significance of the different city name colours is. I think:
- red names are not 'big cities'
- green names are 'big cities'
- blue names are maybe just an error when adapting the game for online play here on BGA and should be green?

I have the Europe extension as a physical box. (ordered as new in fall 2025)
It says copyright 2004-2021 and 'Made in Germany' and contains the rules in en/fr/de/nl/it.

The cards seems to be redesigned a little bit.

The main cities are green and the 'bad' cities are red as on BGA.

Berlin-Angora in my physical extension is green-green. So it is either a mistake in the old physical version of the europe extension or bad colors of the BGA current version.
