Struggeling with Theory of Evolution Track Scoring

I just played a 2-player game, and I'm struggling to understand the scoring.

According to the official rules, the scoring should be universal museum modifier x books, where universal museum modifier is "2 plus the number of Museum rows with all four Museum tiles placed on the board."

Neither the other player nor I have completed a row. They got 15 books, I got 11. Neither of us got the goal that gives another book. So, I'm thinking that they should get 15 x 2 = 30 points, and I should get 11 x 2 = 22 points. But the final score for the theory of evolution track shows 90 points for them and 66 for me. Why is that? What am I missing?

As per the rules, completed rows are taken into account. For a row to be complete, all specimens must be delivered to the museum.
And here is the detail you are missing : the museum doesn't care about who delivered them, so in that game all rows are completed, thus both of you earned the full (2+5)xbooks.

Woah! Right! So, it doesn't matter who delivered it. That makes so much sense now. So, the universal museum modifier is then 2 + all rows (4) = 6. And they got 90 because they had 15 books and 15 x 6 = 90, and I got 66 because 11 x 6 = 66. Makes all sense now. Thanks so much! That helped me a lot.

The idea of specimen collection is just completely gone in what you thought was the whole point of the game....
