There was a topic here already that got closed about a specific player who somehow hacked the King of Tokyo game and applies non-existant cards during the game, by which he wins every other time. This is proper cheating and misbehaviour but I can't grasp how I can report it because there is no such option on "report the player" menu and no possibility of describing the situation if it's "unusual". But even in the game log, you can see he was using the card that was never in the game or his hand in the first place.

I am not 12 years old. Fortunately, I am not the only one who "misunderstood" it during the game. And obviously, there are game logs where you can clearly track that the player has never purchased the card Plot Twist, since it has never appeared on the game table in the first place. And then repeatedly used it (at least 7 times) to kill everyone in the game.
