Give us a way to reserve a box for our hidden tile, we keep forgetting it.

Hi, this is a cool game, there is lots of strategy involved, it needs some interface polishing here and there but it's fine as it is for sure. But one thing keeps biting me in the butt, again and again, and I believe an interface solution would benefit everyone. I keep in my mind a certain placement for the hidden tile I receive initially, but then the game flows and sometimes, because this tile gets placed last, I forget where I wanted it to go, or what shape it is, a curve instead of a straight line etc. It's only human. Can we please get some time of placeholder, a "reserved" sign like they put on restaurant tables, to help us remember where we plan to place the last tile? I hope it's not that difficult to implement. Nobody would feel bothered by it for sure.

Just click on your hidden tile and place it. At anytime during the game.

I hope it's what you think about.

(That's also something I recommend when playing on a table : place your hidden tile face down on the slot you want. Ok other player can imagine what you have, but it prevents you from forgetting your diabolic plan )

I know this one, but it is not permanent, to place a new tile you have to remove this ghost hidden tile sadly. I was thinking of a permanent placemarker.

Or are you implying that it can stay there the whole game? Perhaps I misunderstood that option during the tutorial.

EDIT: Yes, I am dumb, the dev is correct, you just have to click the blue tick box on the board and the hidden tile locks in place, then you can continue your game, placing new tiles around without a problem. Delete this thread, haha.

Yes perhaps the tutorial should really hammer it home for the new players, make this mechanic clear, apparently many have missed it.

I suggest to add more step like :
- Ask BGA to propose the best tile for what you pickup or what is in the free choice ramp
- Ask BGA to play it automatically instead of you
- hmmm well, let BGA play versus BGA and just look at it drinnking a beer and eating popcorn

Well, locking your secret tile in place might giver your opponents a hint where you are heading with your strategy.. Just saying.

Have you guys played the game? The tutorial? Your opponents can never see your hidden tile or where you have locked it in place. It's safe.
