Temporal Blaster rule explanation

Hello,

So I am currently in a situation where my opponent found gem and does not have any Era cards. Now it's my turn and it's last turn. I am in situation where I can get Temporal Blaster into hand, but I don't know if I want.

Does anyone know if I would be able to play Temporal Blaster? And If so, what would be the outcome?

Before
Me: 1 Era
Opponent: 0 Era

After scenario 1:
Me 0 Era
Opponent 1 Era

After Scenario 2:
Me 1 Era
Opponent 1 Era

After Scenario 3:
I am not allowed to play Temporal Blaster in this situation

So, In case anyone was interested, It allowed me to play it, but I could not do anything. So Before and After were the same

For my part, I would say that when you play your blaster after your opponent finds their gem, this action is not allowed.
