I'd like to play, if you're still interested!

We play mostly on Arena, not realtime. Unfortunately, there are not so many players, and because of this at the beginning you will be losing all the time. At the moment I am top 4 player and novices often complain about impossibility to beat regular players in this game

Who is "we"? Do we have some stats on how many people play this game arena vs. non-arena? I _never_ play arena (no interest in that kind of competition), but I don't play real time either - I play turn based only. I don't have much trouble finding games, as long as I don't expect them to always start the same day I open the table; for 3-player games especially, it's not unusual for it to take until the next day for the table to fill. But I've always got 4-6 tables of photosynthesis going at any time, which is what I want (I have plenty of other games going too).

I've been around 5th or 6th place globally by Elo for about a year now, and I've had multiple matches against at least 4 of the other top 10 plays during this time, all of those outside Arena (though it's entirely possible the same people also play in Arena). I also get a good mix of newer and medium Elo players.

Love this game ... own it in real life, but play on BGA far more often. I primarily play real-time. These days, I do find I can get a real-time game going within about 5-10 minutes (requires a bit of patience); not always, but probably 60% of the time. I've also started playing turn-based a bit more, as I don't always have 40 minutes at my disposal (10 min waiting; 30 min playing).
