According to BGG, it's 60-90 min. My only game was 16 minutes, but it was conceded before the end.

Everyone does 3 turns each round, 4 rounds. Each turn may take 5 minutes, max, but shouldn't be that long everytime. So, for 4 players, 5min turns, that's 12*5*4=4 hours... And THAT would be an extremely slow game. If it's taking 9 hours to play, then your group has some serious A.P. issues.
