Is there a setting that pauses my clock from like midnight to 6am, is that why I end up so in the red for my clock?
You can't give yourself personal quiet hours that only apply to you, unless you set up the tournament yourself. Even if you set it up yourself, tournament playing hours are set globally for ALL players in the tournament. They would just also be ideal for you if you set up the tournament yourself.

If you don't want to host tournaments, you should only join tournaments for which the playing hours coincide with when you are awake. Not all tournaments have playing hours set. In that case, only join tournament where the round length is so long that your sleeping hours don't matter.

THIS!
The above are THE two glaring isssues with the current update.
thespaniardsteve wrote: 19 February 2026, 19:01 Especially since it doesn't show your standings anymore without manually counting, which is (what is assume) a key feature of any tournament screen. Nor can you see tie breaker stats.
Yes, exactly! Also there is no point in showing the points but not the number of games played. The points collected only make sense in context of games played!

There are some great updates, particularly for tournament organizers. The possibility to copy tournaments is great for example.

But I am still baffled that you rolled this out already. I was part of the early-access tester group and I DID remark that you cannot see the tiebreakers in the tables. It's such a glaring issue. It's very disappointing that you did not fix that before the release.

If you really wanted to improve tournaments maybe you should take a look at your bugs & suggestions page …

Tournament admins should be allowed to remove players before the tournament starts
Allow Tournament Administrators the Ability to Remove Players Mid-Tournament
Configurable Tie Breaker for Swiss and Round Robin Tournament
Swiss tournament pairing improvement: ranking based pairing
Swiss System repeatedly pairs the top-ranked player against the bottom-ranked player
Swiss tournament pairing improvement: color selection (hive, chess)
Swiss tournament v2 should try to balance who is the first player
Determine starting player based on previous rounds of the tournament
Swiss Tournament: allow number of rounds to determined by number of entries
Roundrobin tournament can't be configured with slightly delayed match starts
Groups Stage tournaments ought to assign players by the serpentine system
Group Stage Tournament Mode: allow 1 Group
Add an option to allow a fixed time limit with automatic disqualification it player exceeds the time
user-configured time limits instead of fixed values
Provide a real-time game speed with high maximum but short time added per move
Allow bespoke timings for turn based tournaments
best of x / first to n wins / match-length option for all games
Concede game in Tournaments (just for 1x1 non round-robin tournaments).
Allow conceding in tournament matches for games where winning always grants 1 point
Tournament clock time doesn't take time zone into account
Tournament Timekeeping sleeptime
Homepage for tournaments
Easy way to get to tournaments I'm currently playing in

Wer hatte denn die geniale Idee?
Total unübersichtlich, kann nicht nachschauen wie der stand des Tuniers ist, wie die momentanen Ergebnisse sind.
Das ist keine Verbesserung.

I dont see this change was needed, and for me looks like a downgrade.
I really wish to have a button to see old style and with progress working.
Sad 😞

The previous display was great for round robin tournaments, as I could see how many games people had played (and how many won) as well as the pop-out for point-differential tie-breaks. Now I can only see the points people have and it's not even sorted highest points to lowest and doesn't include how many games played.

Am I missing how to get this information? If not, is there a way to opt out? We high a high ranked players 36p tournament in Castle Combo every fortnight and knowing point differential and how other players are playing and help inform game decisions as well as being a helpful snapshot and I'm really sad to see that functionality go. I don't wanna be a "new thing bad because new, keep old forever", but I'd like to be able to access a sorted by points list of current standings that includes Wins/Losses/Draws and point differential please!

What a disaster is that now? Please change it back! And i try to make on 3players, minimum 3 players, 1 go to next round and it gives an error. Please fix it!

A few comments:
1) I hope tournament creators get more support to pick the right time limit, which is also possible for people in different time zones and people who have a day job. I already wrote more detailled about this on the forum 9 days ago: https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=47548
2) The option to see what separates users with the same number of points in Swiss Tournaments disappeared. I still want to see why I am for example in the second place in this tournament where 5 users have 8 points after 4 matches: https://boardgamearena.com/tournament?id=501932
3) The estimate of the end date of tournaments seems to be seriously wrong. For the tournament I mention at point 2) the estimate is that it would have ended on December 23th, while it's February 19th now and round 4 out of 10 is not even finished.
4) I would suggest to give tournament creators the option to eliminate players from a tournament if they have not been active on BGA for more than a week. Anything can happen in life and people who are not playing on BGA anymore can seriously delay tournaments.
5) The first thing I want to see when filtering on the tournaments list is which game the tournament is for, currently this is on the 3rd line. Also the number of players per game and the total time limit per game (or time limit per player per game) is not visible in the new overview. This is a crucial factor for deciding which tournaments are playable and which have too tight time limits for me. I want to see in the overview in stead of having to check the details of every tournament to see this.
