The few positives of the new page are outweighed by the many negatives...
I like the new visualization of the tournament settings, ruleset used (same look as arena now), the status bar helping you keep track of amount of games in progress, the ability to move between tournaments of the creator (very handy if you wanna move quickly between your own tournaments).
However certain actions on creation can be cumbersome as you do need to click every block without any defaulting (previously only type of bracket was a mandatory click), shifting between amount of players can be wonky (the button moved on my screen a couple times), you can't invite people (important for those who want friends under 100 ELO in their tournament). Your start time is defaulted to system time, it used to be 21:00 (due to noticing this late i've got a tournament starting at 23:42 - it's not the end of the world but weird).
I've actually had a bug where the screen gave me an error because my table size was 2 and my minimum amount of players on table was 3. I toggled players from 4 to 2, as soon as you hit 2 the minimum input field disappears with its existing value, but apparently the publish takes it into account.
The scoreboard is horrible. You can't view the tiebreakers and you can't see the ranking of players (which is quite important if you're creating 50+ player swiss tournaments). Scrolling through the list is only possible using the arrow buttons or by dragging the list if you finally succeed getting a hand shaped cursor (in the old version you could at least scroll with your mouse scroller if you hovered over the scoreboard).
