Weirds cards rules application vs real life game

I was struggling with the way some cards are applied on BGA, and felt like asking you for your opinion.
I played a card that beyond moving the planet matching the card color said in the right box : move another planet and IF you have the leader badge , do something else. At least that's the real life game rule.. It seems BGA plays the IF rule for the all right box moves.. I'm I missing something ?

I'll admit that I'm having some trouble following the details of your post because of language issues.

But, if I understand the general idea correctly, then I'll just say that the game works just as it should in real life for all cards I've played or seen played.

If you think a card isn't working correctly, maybe post the game # and move # so we can look at that specific instance.
