Error loading art

Hello!

Two games in a row i have received error loading art messages and cannot join the game causing loss in rating.

Is there anything that can be done to understand why I am getting this message all of a sudden?

Any way to get rating back?

I just discovered this game but both times I've tried to play it, I had the same issue. I received an error message when the game tried to load but still received a karma penalty when I quit. Very frustrating especially since it was obviously an error and not my fault. I submitted a bug report but I'll probably earn back the karma myself before they actually get around to doing anything about it

This same thing is happening to me currently, and my opponent was nice to allow it to be changed to turn-based. Unfortunately, the art still can’t load on the page. https://boardgamearena.com/12/toybattle?table=812134261

For me it was fixed now

same issue - my reputation is in tatters. Was lucky enough to get a decrypto quorum going twice but had to leave the table to exit the error - happened twice and low reputation prevented me from explaining the issue in group chat argh.

Creating a forum topic is pointless: we don’t read the forums, and without the game number there’s nothing we can do anyway.
