Does someone know if it's possible to find the rank of my profile on BGA?
In other words how many players were already registered when I joined?:

It's purely for my own satisfaction to know how much of a pioneer I am

Go to your profile. In the URL for that page it will show your player ID, e.g., https://boardgamearena.com/player?id=39882358

Of course, whether that means there were 39882357 accounts created before you depends on whether IDs began with 1 and were assigned sequentially. No one besides BGA knows this for sure. However, one of BGA's founders, Sourisdudesert, has player ID 7, so it looks like they started close to 1. But that doesn't necessarily mean they were assigned sequentially.

You could check that by typing in the numbers below or above a certain id, and see if the dates correspond.

You should also check if the ids of the most recent players correspond to the total number of players on the website.
