Map 12 unclear graphic ?

Map 12 unclear graphic ?

I am currently playing map 12 in a game.It looks as if you get an upgrade when you get to either 9 or 10 reputation ? The icon is positioned between the two,and I can't tell which one it is.

Sorry,I think I get it now.It didn't trigger when I got to 9 reputation.It must be between the 9 and the 10,because there was already a different icon on the 10.

That icon between 9 and 10 reputation is to say you need Cards upgraded to gain more reputation than 9. It's the same on every map.

AI is not so different for upgrades. You have the normal upgrades from 5 reputation and 2 CP. Then an upgrade from having a set of 1 partner zoo and 1 university, and having a set of 2/2.
