Is it just me, but the dolphin either comes out on first turn or never comes out during a game? I swear the last 10 times I've seen it, it popped out on first turn and only have one time to swap...never had more than one choice. Is it incredible luck (bad) or is something wrong here? I know that random stuff is hard to spot if its not working right.

No bug, it comes at every moment, first turn included.
