Tournament tables not starting until every player has clicked join

I thought players got notifications of touraments that they have joined starting up.

I think that only happens if you're actually on BGA at the time. Maybe there's a setting for it to notify by email, but my experience was I only saw them very rarely, and eventually that was the conclusion I drew (that you have to be online).

You might be right that it is an unintended glitch, given it was not mentioned in release notes.

Is the "automatic-join process" broken again? In a Swiss tournament, I have one table that was created a couple of hours ago but hasn't started yet because one player has not manually joined it.

I have not noticed this problem return at my own tournaments.
