Harmonies pulse is not an official expansion

Libellud messaged me on facebook saying it was fake news, it’s not their expansion. Even board game geek fell for it, as it’s already on board game geek. Sorry for spreading misinformation. I wanted this expansion so much that I didn’t think it would be fake.

Although there is something else for harmonies in the works. It’s just not pulse. Libellud confirmed that they have something coming out for harmonies this year.

Do you know what is the legal framework on this?

Can anyone release and commercialize an expansion to Harmonies or is it restricted to the owner of the original license (Libellud)?

I don't know if it's illegal for a different party to release an expansion, but what definitely doesn't seem right is to release something like that and make it sound official when it actually isn't. It's like they tried to trick us, they should have said that it's not the same publisher.

It must be illegal to publish expansions of games you do not own.

But on the topic of Harmonies - are we getting pranked by the OP here? You want to tell me that this is a fake Libellud account? It is the one linked from their official website and has 23000 followers. I don't know, either I am overlooking something or OP does or Libelluds social team does.

Maybe the name pulse isn’t fake, maybe it was the cards that were fake, like I said they weren’t very accurate with what they said. The two cards were a red panda and giant panda. The actual cards are not that instagram. The cards were deleted. So the name might be accurate, but the cards were AI probably.

Still very confusing. Libellud announces an expansion for harmonies, but only in the less trodden Facebook groups. No name, no cards. Then other less trodden Facebook groups two that I just happen to see, which is to say I hadn’t seen the official facebook group pop up when browsing. Show the name and then two cards. Then two days later libellud said it’s fake news and it’s AI, but don’t say anything else, leaving me to believe there is no expansion. Then on other forum someone says there is an official expansion coming.

This all could have been avoided if they had announced the information on the bigger facebook groups. And been more accurate when they said it was fake.
