Customising the chess board

Post by C0d3N1nj4 »

Hello everyone,

Just a small announcement - you can now use the popular "Azul Assistant" browser extension to customise the colors of the white and black squares on your chess board. That's all it does for chess, nothing else.

Here's a link to the extension - https://chromewebstore.google.com/detai ... agiialnkcc

The extension includes a description page, where you can find detailed information and full feature list for the other games it supports.

Happy gaming! ;)

Is it possible to perform such a miracle: a normal, standard chess notation of the game? ♟️

Just to clarify - you mean audio pronunciation of every move that is played, right?

Yes, that should be easily doable. ;)

No, I mean the usual chess notation.

As a result of all these attempts to reinvent the wheel, the interface becomes extremely inconvenient. It is especially unnatural to win without the opponent’s moves when the opponent has run out of time.

People have been playing chess according to the modern European rules for half a millennium. Perhaps they are doing something right?

Oh, I understand now. Yes, that's doable too. I will add it to my list of planned features.

Done! ;)

Standard Chess notation can now be activated in the 4.0 version of the extension.

I hope everyone enjoys it ;)
