How to report bots?

I've discovered an account that I believe is a bot.
How should I report it?

Details:
A bot recently joined my turn-based game, didn't make any moves, and ran out of time.

I looked into him, and it appears that:
1. He created an account.
2 Immediately sponsored 3 players.
3. Joined a game but didn't make any moves.
4. Hasn't logged in since.

Judging from the fact that the purpose of the account seems to have been creating sponsorship links, I believe the account is a bot. How should I approach reporting it?

Sponsorship links benefit the sponsor, not the sponsored person. So unless that player is planning to use their account, they're unlikely to get any benefit.

Very possibly, it's just someone who joined BGA and then forgot about it. I have several friends who did this - I talked to them about joining, they were keen, joined, joined the games I setup for them, and never came back. It happens.

I kinda assumed that maybe you can join without passing a captcha if you join via a sponsorship link or something, and he was just inviting himself more bots. The fact that his account name is just a big number also seemed like a secondary indicator that something real weird is going on, and the mods can probably find out easily if he himself joined via a sponsored link or not, which would further indicate whether something fishy was going on.

But maybe you're right? Anyways, what WOULD be the correct procedure to report bots, in the case that we knew he was 100% a bot?

By accessing the BGA Sites, the Internet User declares, guarantees and undertakes:

not use any devices or software other than those provided by BGA intended to (i) affect or attempt to affect the proper operation of the BGA Sites and/or the Applications and/or the Services ii) or to extract, modify, consult, even in buffer or temporary memory, or for individual use, all or part of the BGA Sites and/or Services;

It would largely depend on how you interpret “affecting the proper operation” of the site, though. (And I’d note that technically we all violate this every day—our web browsers are not provided by BGA, and they do extract the site into “buffer or temporary memory”.)
