This is my first time joining a BGA tournament, so I’m not sure how to get help properly.

The earlier frozen match issue has been resolved, and my points were restored.
But I have not received any group stage matches or notifications since then.

The 15-day tournament is almost over, and I’m worried I can’t finish the group stage.

Could someone please help me with:
1. When will the group stage matches start?
2. How will I be notified?
3. What if I can't finish the group stage before the tournament ends?

* You left your current game. The game has been ongoing for 12 days. 15 days is the time-limit. It will end when either all players leave the game, or the 15 days is up. Then the next round will start.
* It's 6-8 players per game, and the top-5 are kept each time. As you have quit the game, BGA will likely eliminate you from the tournament.
* If you aren't eliminated, then your next game will presumably start in 3/4 days at most.

Hello, I am an ordinary player on the BGA platform. This is my first time participating in your Texas Hold'em tournament. Due to my insufficient understanding of the rules, I made mistakes and exited the current game by accident. I sincerely apply to participate in the next round and kindly ask for your consideration.
As a first-time participant, I had serious misunderstandings about the tournament: I mistook the turn-based asynchronous mode for real-time play and thought the hourglass spinning under a player’s name meant the game was stuck, not that the system was waiting for their move. I also didn’t know each player has 22 hours and 30 minutes to make decisions per turn, nor did I understand the "18:00-6:00" timing rule or that I could exit and turn off my computer without being disqualified. Unfamiliar with the group stage promotion rules and 15-day maximum time limit, I exited the game mistakenly.

I apologize for the trouble I caused—writing unnecessary feedback and taking up your staff’s time, which also led to points deduction. Thank you very much for your timely reply, which clarified my confusion and showed your tolerance to novice players. I understand that exiting the current game (which has been ongoing for 12 days) will most likely result in my elimination, and I have no objection to this.

I sincerely request a chance to participate in the next round. I have sorted out my mistakes, will familiarize myself with all rules in advance, and will strictly abide by tournament regulations to avoid affecting other players. Tournaments are entirely automated. The organizer of the tournament sets up the initial conditions but once it starts, they cannot do anything about situations such as yours. As was already stated you will most likely be eliminated, but there will be future tournaments.

BGA staff rarely read random forum threads. Only BGA staff would ever have the power to be able to amend anything in an ongoing tournament. I doubt anyone with power to help will ever read your post in this thread.

The person who set up the tournament, unless they're BGA staff (any premium member can set up a tournament), has no power to change anything in a tournament once at least 1 person signs up, so they can't help you either. They also likely do not regularly look at the forums so won't read your post either.
