Scope of Rule Summaries: Including strategy or conventions?

I have a general question regarding the intended scope of the Rule Summaries (found in the BGA Wiki and the "How to play" section).

What is the community’s consensus on the content of these summaries? Specifically, is it appropriate for them to include established game conventions (e.g., for co-op or team games) and strategy guides, or should they strictly stick to the official rules?

I’m interested in hearing your thoughts on what the best approach for this section should be.

There is a separate tab / wiki page for Strategy tips.

Usually the How to Play is rules, and anything unique to the BGA implementation, and/or worth pointing out to help players.
