Tie Breaker

This game has me as a win.

The first tiebreaker is number of unused spaces; you had 5 and second had 4, so you win the tiebreak. If you were tied on unused spaces, it would come down to turn order.

The English rulebook says the person with FEWEST empty spaces wins. So what gives?
