Clearer indication of who you pass to

Maybe this is a personal thing, but every time I see the "Pass X cards / full hand to another player" card, I never know who is passing to me or who I'm passing to. Is there a way to more clearly understand this OR is it possible to simply add an indicator of "You are passing to X" or "You are getting cards from X" - as it significantly influences how betting works during those rounds.

The card on the board has an arrow pointing left or right. That's how you know who.
