Same puzzle on daily challenge two days in a riw

The daily challenge today (811) https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=824934587 and yesterday (810) https://boardgamearena.com/gamereview?table=824457735 have the same jungle puzzle. Is the puzzle randomly generated from the 6000 puzzles or is it supposed to be no repeats.

P.S. Don’t look at the answer to today’s puzzle before doing it.

No, we don’t prevent puzzles from repeating. The 5 daily puzzles are chosen entirely at random, so it’s possible that the same puzzle might appear on consecutive days. Just to clarify, while there are 6000 puzzles in total across all universes and difficulties, the daily challenge (since it’s in the "normal" mode) is actually drawn from a pool of only 1500 puzzles. So, repetition happens within that smaller set.
I might need to add more puzzles to the normal difficulty to lower the chances of this happening, because right now, the odds of a repeat are relatively high!
