What do I do about a player who hasn't quit & hasn't made a move in over an hour?

Usually, you would be able to expel the opponent.

I see that you are signing up for games in friendly mode. When you do this with people you don't know you risk them simply walking away from the game because there is no penalty for quitting. On the other hand, if they aren't playing you can also quit without a penalty.
