Ticket to ride BUG

Il est impossible ici de signaler ou contacter quelqu'un.

Lors de ma dernière partie sur Ticket to ride le jeu se bloque, impossible de cliquer. Résultat j'ai reçu une pénalité pour avoir "quitter" la partie.
Je voulais prendre un abonnement premium mais quand je vois le niveau du service client je vais rester en gratuit.

Après quand on lit les avis trustpilot et une note de 1.8/5 ça explique beaucoup de choses

No, the bad marks are mostly from people saying "algorithms make other players win instead of me".

Ok, Pas impossible mais inutile donc vous ne m'avez pas convaincu à payer. Et pour trustpilot si des gens étaient satisfaits la note serais > 1.8

Mais vous pouvez continuer à défendre l'indéfendable si ça vous chante mais cela ne répond pas a la question sur la réputation qui baisse à cause d'un bug du service et que l'on ne peut pas signaler ni facilement ni efficacement

Why would we try to convince you to pay? We're players just like you on this public forum.
You do know it costs money to run this site, to give a game experience of which you're using for free. If you don't like it, delete your account adn go away. Problem solved.

Trustpilot is trustpilot. People will post there if they're unhappy, but they will not post there when they're happy, unless the site is actively marketing people who are happy, to rate them.
You see so many shopping sites send out dozens of mails "how did we do, rate us on trustpilot". BGA doesn't do that, resulting in happy players not giving positive feedback.
You cannot make any sort of comparison about the rating.

Yes, it is easy to report, but you took the hard route. You purposely denied going to do the easy report.
OR you're not bright enough, that's also a possibility.

Again, I'm a player, not a site owner.
And that is my personal opinion that I think you're doing this on purpose, because I cannot believe anyone is so stupid not to realize there is a specified and easy to reach page to report bugs.
