Closing chats is a chore

Post by kapkekop »

Hi BGA,

I would love a button that closes all chats. If i play many games in a row for about an hour, all the chats from all the games I played remain open. I left those tables for a reason, so I don't need the chats to remain open. In order to close them, I need to open each one separately and close it separately. If there is no way not too keep all those table chats open, can you at least provide a button to close all chats in one go?

Thank you.

Interesting idea. Read the pinned post that says "read this first" to find out how to submit it for consideration.

Thats a good idea! Probably it will drown in sea of other suggestions unread by developers. But thank you

Especially if it is only posted here instead of where it is supposed to be submitted.

Language is a source of misunderstanding. (Antoine de Saint-Exupery: The Little Prince) But it is also the source of understanding - it all depends on how you use it. :-)

Good suggestion. Still, one tip for now: you don't have to open the chat. At least, not on a laptop. You can hover over it and an X appears. Hover + click to close. (Your suggestion is still good though!)

I don't have an x appear when I hover over it.

I understand there is something I did not understand about how to submit it. If somebody believes this is a good idea as well, can you do the bga peoples job for them and post it to them in the proper way? Sorry for the sarcasm but I have had enough today of me being a user and the developers telling me to do their job for them, not on BGA at work. So, sorry not your problem, this happened to be the last drop.

How is it BGA's job to post YOUR suggestion? Even if you feel it's their job to implement your suggestion, how are they supposed to even know about it if you don't submit it?
