BGA - Please change the rules

Catan Energy is a great game, but the rules don't work.

Please change the inspector to function as a pollution token. In that way, the inspector can be removed with one energy.
or prevent the inspector from entering the game until someone reaches a score of 5...Otherwise, people get stuck watching others play.

You can do it yourself:
1. Buy the rights to Catan New Energies
2. Implement the rule change in BGA, or pay someone to do it.

TL;DR BGA (or developers) can't change the rules of non-public-domain games.

Regular Catan has the "Easy Start" and "Friendly Robber" variants as options. Those would be easy enough to implement in Catan: New Energies.
