what is lose condition of a solo game on BGA?

I've played a few times solo, and I've lost each time, but I don't know what that lose condition is i the solo mode. What is it or where can I find it?

30 move cards. Once you've used that many, you lose if you haven't won already.

The rulebook (you can find it online) says that "30 or fewer is your goal", but there's no win or loss. E.g., if you require 31-35 cards to win, it says "So close; you’ll get it next time." 28 to 30 cards is "Wow, nice work".
