Arena setup

The joy of Skull Kings comes when your played pirate ability can be utilized. Not sure where the joy of the game is when all abilities are turned off. The whale and kraken abilities should be on as well, otherwise you may as well just play Wizards instead as it is basically the same thing. 13 of each color, 4 pirates/wizards, and 4 escapes/jesters. The only difference is is the mermaid and the skull king.
