because the randomness for their six sided dice rolling is disgustingly broken

Disgustingly broken?

I'm not sure if they are going to entertain your demand for respect at 3% karma, but there is a feedback option that pops up every once in a while at the end of a game that allows you to send comments to the developers.

That may be worth a try.

In real life, the dice are also random. Just like any other game that uses dice.
Not sure what the problem is?

There surely are other reasons why BGA is not considered to be a perfect platform.
