Hello
When you pick '3 cards to pick' it seems to me rules say that if an action card is revealed it is played after all cards are revealed or the player busts. If so an active player is choosed to play these action cards. It seems to me that the pick stops if I'm busted after the 1st or 2nd card. You have to reveal all 3 cards whatever happens if I read rules correctly. Thank you

You’re not reading the rules correctly. Here’s what they do say:

Regardless of how many cards remain to flip, stop if the player can Flip 7 number cards, or the player busts. All number cards, action cards and modifier cards count toward the three cards needed. If, a Second Chance card is revealed, it may be set aside and used. If another Flip Three or Freeze card is revealed they are resolved AFTER all three cards are drawn (but only if the player hasn’t busted).

I’ve emphasized the relevant parts here. If the player has busted (or gotten to seven distinct numbers) they stop drawing, and revealed action cards do not get resolved.
