City of Mirrors Figured Automatically?

Hi all,

I just finished a game where I secured the City of Mirrors Location, which "copies the effect of an opponent's Location at the end of the game." I didn't get a prompt or anything at the game's end, but I did get 11 points.

Does anyone know if the City of Mirrors Location automatically picks the best Location from among your opponents', or if it's randomized? Also, when applying an opponent's Location, does it use their cards or mine to calculate its points?

To answer your questions:

1 - yes it the location is selected automatic to pick the highest scoring location for you
2 - yes again, it uses your cards- so if a copied location was looking at affiliated allies of a specific colour to score points, you would score the allies in your hands, and your opponent their own

So if you opponent has the city of mirrors and you are taking a location, it is beneficial to select a location which scores you well but does not benefit them as much
