Time Limit on Setup?

Apparently there is now a time limit on setting up a tournament. I tried to set up a tournament at 8:00PM tonight with my friends that we wanted to start at 8:30 tonight. The interface refused stating that players must be able to resister at least 1 hour before the tournament starts. I don't understand the need for this restriction. I have been setting up Thursday night tournaments for my friends for several years, and sometimes I forget and have to do the setup at the last minute, like tonight. This restriction seem unnecessary and will keep my group from having the tournaments on nights that I forget or otherwise cannot get it set up an hour before. Please consider dropping the hour before requirement.

You are talking to other BGA users with this post. You aren't talking to BGA customer support. Even if an admin happens to read it by chance, this is still not how something gets in the pipeline.

You need to submit your proposal to the Bugs/Suggestions feedback system.

You can make the tournaments weeks in advance. if you know you need them set-up every Thursday evening, why not just set up the next 2 months now and then they're done? You're probably the only group on the site setting up last-minute tournaments like this and thus impacted by this restriction.
