What will happen if i summon and activate g0blin (steal 1p from opponent and give it to yourself) if my opponent has exactly one point? Will i get point and will my opponent go to zero points?

Hi Andrei, how Goblin works is explained well on the wiki:
The Vale of Eternity rulebook says that players can have 0 points, but cannot go negative. Therefore, yes you can steal their point and put them to 0 points.

Strategically, keep in mind that if your opponent decides to stay at 0 points the goblin won't do anything because there is nothing to steal. Some builds will be able to chill with a bunch of scoring cards in hand for most of the game to deny goblin stealing whereas other builds might be forced to summon cards for a scoring engine that scores over time that goblin can steal from.
