Front page advertised game using stolen art

I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place but I couldnt find a better place in the 'contact us' section.

The Elements: the grand tournament kickstarter advertised on the front page (that says 'coming soon to bga') appears to be using art ripped from Magic The Gathering. From a quick youtube search of a playtest this made it all the way to production and isnt just placeholder art gone rogue.

Figured bga would want to know before they publicly endorse such a thing and end up caught between some kind of legal spat with hasbro.

It appears the Kickstarter has an update acknowledging this. They seem to be saying they will replace the existing artwork that they used: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/la ... ts/4677233

Ah, fair enough, I had scrolled through the kickstarter to see if there was an explanation or acknowledgement but am not familiar enough with the platform to see the updates

Wow, they never should have went public before replacing any stolen placeholders. Or just not used stolen art in the first place.

Good they acknowledged it, although they did AFTER they got caught, so...
