Add row for TTR India Mandala bonus in results table

Suggestion (bug ID 218837) to add a row to the game results table for the Ticket to Ride Maps for the India map's mandala/grand tour bonus. You only can see how many mandala/grand tours have been completed in the log. For other maps, the row could be left blank.
