I guess the fact that it's such a huge job must be holding things back. The dark mode added by the extension isn't perfect; the developers of each game would need to make some adjustments to get it just right.
One day, BGA will support dark mode natively, and I hope my work can serve as a foundation for handling the games... we'll see :)

For me, I'm older and sadly not a baby at all, yet I sometimes (not always) prefer light mode. Not blindingly white, but a medium brightness seems easier on my eyes sometimes.

I am guessing there is a mix of preferences.

Fair enough yes, sometimes a middle ground looks cool, it depends on the time of day also.

Bug report! Dark mode in Ghosts Galore is messed up in the new version, it used to be alright...

What do you mean ?
Obviously the background is too light, but is there something else broken ?

I remember it totally dark brown in recent versions. I think it changed and now it is beige for the most part? Sadly I don't have old screenshots... But I really remember the beige spaces around panels being a darker shade of brown, it is too light now for dark mode, no? Image

Yeah, that's what I was saying too: the background is too light.
And I checked, and sure enough, there's a change that got left out when I refactored my code for the new version.
I'll fix it tomorrow!

A new version 1.13.3 has been published to manage the dark mode for new games and to improve/fix dark mode for some other games.

Perhaps the "Skipped" boxes should be grey also?

Yes, that's right—I'll fix that in the next version.

Thanks, it seems the tournament page is a beast with a hundred heads, hehe. We'll slay it... slowly.
