Could you add a legend if someone drops out?

It has happened more than once that after the first turn someone stops playing. It might be nice to be able to add a legend if someone drops after less than 3 turns. I prefer playing with 6 cars, and so it would be nice if the host could choose to add a legend in the spot of the car that isn't continuing.
