Can't seem to use the +/- cards

I click on the die I want to change and then the card, but nothing happens, no choice for adding or subtracting comes up, no error either.

Weird. Are the other powers working OK? Do you have a link to the move in the game where it didn't work?

All the other powers worked fine. Don't know what you mean about 'a link to the move' however.

I just went to submit a bug report and it seems the issue has been reported a good number of times, each case is still open.

I meant a link to the game so that I (or anyone else reading) could look at the game situation when it happened. It's easy to overlook something. Certainly when I think something is a bug, more often than not I've got something wrong. But if many people are reporting it, that seems much less likely.

Hi ! Same problem for me. I clicked on the dye, then on the minus card. Nothing happened, I couldn't get thé card I could have picked. The minus card was my first car, and now I'm stuck. I have no card to use and I never get thé right dice to pick up a new card... I've been stuck for 5 rounds...
