When and why did the color of 1 "Warrens" instance change?

Before April 14th but after March 13th (don't know the exact date) there where 2 red and 1 grey versions of this.

From at least April 14th on there is a yellow version of this card (without addon).

I could neither find a changelog on BGA nor a full list of all cards of the print version.

Can anyone tell more? How are the colors in the print version?
