I don't understand why at the end of a full game we score extra culture points for civilization achievements instead of scoring remaining events ?

You must be playing the game with "first-round only" enabled,. It has different rules. That one ends in age 2.

I looked at your last friendly game, and it looks normal.

When you talk about "extra cultural points", do you mean these lines in the game log?
