I played this 2player Europe game and at the end scores are level(yes yes it happed to me first time) but at the end other player got +5 points and I got negative 11 points. Other player got double than my total ELO points in total. I completed largest track.

Is this a bug or premium player perks?

There are no premium member perks related to winning games.

Your opponent won the tiebreaker. It says as much on the screen (hover your cursor over the gray stars). The amount gained/lost is (I'm guessing) due to the number of games played previously. Elo is less established at first and will fluctuate until it finds its true level.

Just to confirm, extracted from TTR Europe rules : "If two or more players are tied with the most points, the player who has completed the most Destination Tickets is the winner. If still tied, the player who used the least number of Stations is declared the winner. In the unlikely event players are still tied, the player with the European Express bonus card wins."
It was also visible at the bottom of the Game result in the given page : (:* Tie breaker: Most completed Destination Tickets, least number of Stations, or Longest Continuous Path)

No, we usually call them the rules. When you play a game, you're supposed to follow them. Following the rules is not a bug and it isn't limited to premium members; non-premium users must also follow them. Nothing wrong with overlooking something, but usually we start with "oh, maybe I make a mistake" instead of "BGA broken/rigs game for Premiums."

As stated on the page, both players scored 153 points (gold star) followed by the winner scoring 9 gray stars and the loser scoring 4 gray stars. We know what the gray stars are because it's clearly labelled on the page as (Tie breaker: Most completed Destination Tickets, least number of Stations, or Longest Continuous Path). So let's go through the list as written, from left to right. Starting with most completed Destination Tickets, we can see they got 9, you got 4, therefore, they have the most and win. Page 7 of the Rulebook clearly states this if you don't believe BGA.

If you look closely, there is a "(?)" - question mark at the end of the original sentence, "Is this a bug or premium member perk?", which we usually call a question not a statement. They are very different sentences. Since this person is clearly asking a question and it can be inferred that this was probably their first time playing the TTR game, it's likely they didn't understand, didn't see, or let alone even know where to look for the gray stars which renders this question pretty valid, friendly and very common. No need whatsoever to be rude.

It’s so weird to me how, in these forums, there seems to be a culture of excessive respect that borders on a kindergarten class. If a question is dumb or out line, no one can push back on it because they will be criticized for losing composure.

The original question in this topic is valid and must be correctly answered, which it has been. However, it was also out of line, jumping straight into absurd insinuations that make it clear the original poster didn’t think nearly enough or nearly as well about their question before posting it in a highly criticizable manner.

You say it can be inferred that a player with 150 games of TTR under their belt is probably playing for the first time but want to say I'm the one making the rude statement?
