You might have better traction posting this in the game's forum rather than this forum, which is dedicated to site suggestions. That forum even includes a link to submitting a formal ticket that the game's developer can see and respond to, rather than hoping he'll just stumble through the forums upon your post by luck.

I can understand why the user also came here, because Gizmos has been broken for everyone on certain mobile devices for a day or two, and people have been making bug reports about it. Because the user brought extra attention to this extreme situation in the general forum, the issue was noticed, and BGA staff are aware so that the BGA framework regression can be addressed.

Please pardon the tongue in cheek post. What really interests me as a developer is whether this affects the same mobile devices (e.g. iPhone 14) on other games, since I also saw recent (iPhone?) mobile reports about Reversi and Ark Nova. That gets a bit off topic though. Interestingly, those relate to zoom instead of outright not loading.

I am hopeful staff can correct the root cause.

I took a quick look. Games I found via reports, that cannot load at all with iPhone (e.g. 14) or Android:

Boomerang: USA
Boomerang: Europe
Gizmos
Room 25
Space Empires: 4X

I saw reports about Texas Hold'em Poker, but I could load those tables. Ark Nova, Reversi, Spite and Malice might have zoom-related issues on physical devices, but I did not reproduce this in Firefox simulation.

I sincerely hope posting game-related bugs in the general Discussions doesn't become the norm. In this case, whatever it is is affecting multiple games, but that usually isn't the case.

My rule is that if I try posting the "right" way and it goes nowhere, then I try to escalate. A "game crashing" bug is different and more serious than "a rule is implemented wrong" type of bug, especially when it worked fine until recently.

It looks like they haven't started working on it yet. The bug report still says "Open - Bug has not been reproduced by developers yet". It should be easy to reproduce given the multiple reports.
