Missing Runes?

We've beaten and unlocked all deck of secrets/ blueprints, but still missing two of the runes

Horn

We found a list on BGG and states what biome each is in, and we've been going after one of them, but we can't seem to find it after 4 runs. I guess we could just be unlucky, but can anyone confirm their locations? Or at least what type of tile.

I believe these are both on enemies that get unlocked through cell upgrades. I'm not sure which upgrade deck they are each in, or how far you need to get through the decks. But you get these from killing certain of these enemies once they are unlocked.

Was anyone able to find the ramming rune? In the videogame it was in the forgotten sepulcher(I think), but after running through it for about 10 times, I couldn't find it.

Ram rune is in Clock Tower in the board game. You will need to max out the survival upgrade deck to unlock the enemy who drops it.
