The Royal Game of Ur is in Alpha testing, which means only reviewers can play and playing is really only supposed to be for testing. Hopefully we see it out of Alpha soon.

How long will a game stay in Alpha Modus , before it will be presented to play officially for all players ?

There is no set amount of time. Some games have been in Alpha for over 3 years. You need a certain number of approvals by reviewers before it can move to Beta. You can sign up to be a reviewer here if you meet the criteria.
