Click on your avatar (the circular pic you chose) in the upper right-hand corner of the main menu. On the drop down bar to the left of "online," click the arrow. A box with "logout" appears. Click.

Trailblazer23 told you how to do it, but if your concern is about appearing to be online when you're not playing, you don't really need to log out. Once you have been idle for a while you will be shown as offline even if you still have a BGA window open.
