Lou can't eat if she didn't Charge.

If you don't use Lou's Charge ability during your turn, it asks you if you want to use it at the end of your turn and if you don't, you click on "Do Nothing". The problem is that if Lou finds a bag of rice or a water bottle or something during her turn and you click on "Do Nothing" to end your turn without charging, the option to eat the food or drink the water doesn't come up.

A work around if you are playing Lou and know about this interface behaviour is to eat/drink your item prior to running out of actions. Simply select inventory button at any time during your turn to access and use food/water item.
