Why moderators support player they obvious play like team or cheater with two accounts. And then you have become - karma about nothing? and you can not defend yourself? just here you have - karma and bye. And players they mobbing the others play again. What is this new age concept

Re: Moderators
I don't think they "support " cheaters
The real issue is there isn't much they can do about it until BGA implements some way to stop habitual offenders from making new accounts over and over again.
I have reported a player that has a list of at list 15 accounts with repeated cheating/extreme insults/death threats and the mods take action and ban the account or the user closes it on their own.
I have put in the report a suggestion to block method of payment for premium from the offending IP address or find a more creative solution in a call to action but I don't have any expectations as this has been happening for years.
It's not the fault of the mods who volunteer their time- it's the fault of the few bad apples in the player roster that create this situation in the first place.
Some people are just inherently mean and enjoy bringing others down. All you can do is red thumb and report at this point.

Re: Moderators
I've also reported a multi-accounting Elo booster (in a different game) and the alt account got banned (although in my opinion the main account should be penalized too). It's annoying when people say the admins do "nothing." It is an objectively false statement.The-True-KingofTokyo wrote: ↑24 May 2026, 23:59 the mods take action and ban the account or the user closes it on their own.
But they have limited resources and also have to deal with wading through instances of false positives on top of the real cheating.

Re: Moderators
I agree the moderators support or do not moderate this appropriately and I have canceled mine and my families premium accounts for this. I wrote on a cheaters wall after our game "this player is king making" and I got a 50 karma hit from the mods. So they're totally fine with the cheater cheating but if you called them out?? So over it.
Re: Moderators
Hypothetical question: if you find that someone has written on YOUR wall "this player is king making" what would YOU do? Pretty sure you would report that to the mods too. And then: what should the moderators do about it? From their perspective it is a totally unknown whether the allegation is right or wrong. They can only act on the fact that it is forbidden to publicly descredit someone (something that is easy to see whether it happened or not). So they would agree with you and penalize the one writing on your wall. --> Everything was done as it should.CuriousGeorge19 wrote: ↑27 May 2026, 22:00 I agree the moderators support or do not moderate this appropriately and I have canceled mine and my families premium accounts for this. Be aware that most kinds of cheating are very difficult to prove and to judge. That doesn't mean that cheating or deliberate kingmaking (for reasons outside of the game) is ok. It's just impossible to investigate and judge within reasonable time and ressources. Just because someone says so is not enough. And even if you make a big case with hundreds of examples that show it to be a systematic abuse - it would take them hours to follow your report and decide about it without reasonable doubt. Especially when it's not even granted that the whole report lands on the table of a moderator who even knows the game where it happened. There are over 1000 different games.
Yes it's annoying when people play unfairly and it is not ok and therefore you better don't play with them again. But unfortunately I don't think there's much of a chance of such things being judged upon by mods.

Re: Moderators
If I didnt swear or insult anyone then why not just remove the comment? Why am I getting a FIFTY karma penalty for calling out someone who cheats? I cant believe anyone would even support this. It was very clear they were cheating if it was investigated. Always playing the same acct and coming first. Ridiculous trades. And robbing the losing player.

I find it correct that a public denunciation is punished strongly.
