And on their facebook group libellud posted a short video showing a glimpse of the artwork for some of the new animals.

Chameleons right side green and camels right side grey.

Seagulls I think. Right side red. (it has a lighthouse in the artwork)

Piranhas I think. Right side blue

Only the artwork was visible.

I saw two other cards but they were so small I couldn’t make out what animals they were. But they were different from the other 4. One went on a grass green token on the right with a color i couldn’t identify for sure in the middle and a blue token on the left. and the other had a right side yellow. And it wasn’t a straight line of tokens.

拡張セットにはこれまで見当たらなかった海獣類が入っていてほしいので、アシカやアザラシ、トドやオットセイかなあと推測します。水辺の哺乳類で、海や川の岩地に住んでいるような動物。これまでの動物カードにはいませんでしたよね？

That's nice. There's a lot of "famous" animals that are missing from the game, when you think about it. Lots of savannah animals that could look good with the Lion spirit.

I like them a lot both for the interesting new puzzles they all add and the species they chose. Axolotls, tigers, giant pandas and chameleons are very popular animals. Easy to find mini animal figurines for them.

I don't like the art style as much as in the base game, though I guess it serves to make the expansion cards stand out.

The new patterns seem interesting, as could be expected. I guess their use will be more situational than the other cards. I wonder how many of those new cards will be possible to complete on a single board. Probably no more than three.

Those cards with animals on grass tiles look way OP for short games.
